Detailed Assessment and Benchmarking Audit A more comprehensive Lean audit, often lasting 2 to 3 weeks, includes detailed study of all aspects of operations performance, including detailed process mapping and finite benchmarking against industry competition and World Class operations. Metrics include inventory turns, cycle time, labor content, cost of material, and quality. Lean Manufacturing Piloting Program Assistance Development of a Pilot Cell uniquely tailored for individual companies, implementing tools and techniques of Lean Manufacturing. An important early first step for those companies considering Continuous Improvement Initiatives, training work force and reinvigorating a culture of Lean.
