The Huthwaite Innovation Institute provides key relationship audit services for both suppliers and customers. The audit will identify issues in key areas such as quality, pricing, delivery and cultural differences. We will identify issues and work with both parties to formulate a plan to improve issues and measure progress .

How the process works

Contact Huthwaite Innovation Institute for Audit

We will work with you and your customer to identify key employees on both sides of the relationship. Selected employees will be contacted and interviewed.

Results will be compiled and shared.

An onsite workshop will be scheduled with key employees. Results will be discussed, and we will work with you to formulate a plan for improvement.

Process will be repeated in 6 months. We will report on improvement and identify any new issues.

Full confidentiality of customer-specific information will be preserved.
