How the process works

We will work with you and your customer to identify key employees on both sides of the relationship. Selected employees will be contacted and interviewed.
Results will be compiled and shared.
An onsite workshop will be scheduled with key employees. Results will be discussed, and we will work with you to formulate a plan for improvement.
Process will be repeated in 6 months. We will report on improvement and identify any new issues.
